This Notion contact database template allows you to categorize your network by Name, Contact Info (email and phone number), Preferred Communication, Role(s), Last Communication, Location, Reach Out, and Notes. If you have a hard time remembering faces, you can also add a custom photo for each contact.

Key features

• Main Directory: categorize your contacts by full name, contact info, preferred communication, role(s) in the industry, last communication, location, days since last communication, and important notes.
  • The Role section can be customized to include any additional roles your contact list might include - ex. photographer, publicist, studio runner, etc.
  • The Notes section should be updated whenever you first meet someone as well as any time you meet in the future.
